Why clinics miss calls
The front desk is often checking someone in, taking payment or helping a patient at the same moment the phone rings. The call goes unanswered, and the caller has to decide whether to try again.
What the agent handles
Novi answers the phone, books an appointment into your diary, and moves or cancels one when the caller asks. It answers simple questions from the information you give it, such as opening hours.
What goes to staff
Novi does not give medical advice and does not judge how urgent a problem is. Anything clinical, urgent or unusual goes to a person on your team. You choose the rules for when.
Privacy and patient details
Ask any vendor where call data is kept, who can see it, how long it is kept and whether recordings are optional. Ask for the answers in writing. Tableline does not claim any medical-privacy certification on this site.
How to start
Use Talk to Novi on any page to hear a call, then get in touch. A person on our team sets Novi up with you. Plans are monthly in US dollars: $249 for 200 calls, $399 for 300 calls or $499 for 500 calls, plus a one-off $250 set-up fee. The pricing page lists what every plan includes.
