Can I try it first?
Yes. Click Talk to Novi on any page and have a live conversation with the assistant. When you are ready, tell us about your business and we'll set yours up.
What does it cost?
Plans are monthly: $249 for 200 calls, $399 for 300, or $499 for 500. There's also a one-off $250 set-up fee. Compare the plans.
What happens if I run out of calls?
Novi hands any new calls to a person on your team, and we ask whether you'd like a bigger plan. You're never charged per extra call. Weighing it against a person? AI or a human answering service.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Novi doesn't pretend to be a person. If a caller asks whether it's an AI, it tells them the truth, straight away.
What if Novi can't help?
It passes the call to someone on your team. You choose which kinds of call always come to you.
